This project is the successful result of a public/private partnership between MSAD 29 and the Houlton Community Arts Center. The planning and design of the Houlton Community Arts Center included work with members of the Building Committee, representatives from the Houlton Jr. and Sr. High School, the Houlton Community Art Council, and members of the School Board. Design Group Collaborative provided master planning, cost estimates, phasing schedules, fundraising support, and design and construction administration for Phase I.
