Located on Sargent Drive, a prominent and picturesque location in the town, Design Group Collaborative designed a new Public Works Depart facility to replace their outdated headquarters. This 12,000 s.f. building includes 5 work bays and a wash bay. The maintenance areas incorporate hydraulic lifts, a paint booth, and tool storage. The administration section provides showers and locker rooms as well as a kitchen and offices. The building is mechanically ventilated and south-facing clerestory windows provide daylight into the work bays.
