The Claremont Hotel:

ALM Cottage

This 1,300 s.f. cottage was designed in collaboration with the owners of the Claremont Hotel. Located on the site of a former cottage, the design was tightly constrained by shoreland zoning standards. The cottage was designed to accommodate 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It can be rented as a single unit or rented separately by 3 individual groups.
