Located near historic York Village, this project involved the renovation and addition to a historic 750-student middle school that houses grades 5-8. The new 105,000 s.f. addition includes subtle references to the existing building while maintaining a distinct character of its own. The renovation included window repair and replacement, new HVAC and electrical service, integration of technology systems, and ADA compliance throughout the facility. Classrooms include science labs, computers, and lecture spaces.
