Design Group Collaborative worked with KOA to make this, their first outdoor camping resort, all that their guests could dream of and more. Upon arrival at Terramor, guests are greeted by DGC’s biggest architectural contribution. The Lodge is a wooden, window-filled structure with vaulted ceilings, a two-story stone fireplace, and rustic style bar. The spacious open plan is designed to accommodate guest check-in, concierge, and casual dining. Along with The Lodge, DGC provided the design work for the outdoor picnic pavilion, poolside cabana, bathhouse, and maintenance building. To assist with getting the facility booked prior to construction completion, DGC provided architectural renderings use to market and promote this exciting and ambitious endeavor.
