This project for the Claremont Hotel involved taking a shorefront cottage and renovating it to create 4 distinct, upscale suites. These suites take advantage of spectacular ocean views and a wooded rustic setting.  The existing cottage was insulated and electrical systems were upgraded to meet current building codes. Permitting was obtained through state and local agencies.
